We level the pad site and prepare it for infrastructure access lines to be placed, using scrapers and compactors, to give you the most stable soil possible to pour your foundation. Torrential rains and lasting droughts are always a possibility in South Texas causing soil swelling and contracting, that’s why Cedar Beetle grades your site carefully to ensure proper drainage of water away from the foundation to minimize environmental impact on your building. Proper grading also prevents erosion, ensuring your project’s stability.
